COVID-19: Number Of Cases In Indonesia Rises To 93,657 With 4,576 Deaths

JAKARTA, July 23 (Bernama) -- The number of COVID-19 positive cases in Indonesia has risen to 93,657, with an additional 1,906 cases recorded within the last 24 hours. As of noon Thursday, a further 117 deaths were reported, bringing the total number of COVID-19 casualties in the republic now to 4,576 people. According to the latest data published on the Indonesian government's official website for COVID-19, at www.covid19.go.id, a total of 47,756 patients were still under surveillance. The East Java province has the highest death toll so far with 1,525 people, followed by Jakarta (751), Central Java (504), and South Sulawesi (287). -- BERNAMA
