Prince Turki Al-Faisal Visits U.S. Cornell University, Delivers

In a lecture titled "What We Expect from the United States of
America, A Saudi View'' delivered here on Thursday upon an invitation
from the University's Management, Prince Turki Al-Faisal stressed the
depth and strength of bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and
the United States of America, based on respect and common interests,
since it was founded in the era of the late Founder King Abdulaziz
bin Abdulrahman and former U.S. President Roosevelt .

He reviewed various stages of bilateral relations between the
two countries, highlighting the significant role being played by
Saudi Arabia at regional and international arenas and within the
framework of Arab and Muslim world. He also commended the significant
role being played by the United States of America at the
international level and its expected positions to deal with regional
and international issues of common concern to Saudi Arabia and the
international community.
Then the Prince graced a dinner party held by the university.
