Polish President receives credentials of UAE envoy
Warsaw - April 28, 2009 (WAM) - Asim Mirza Al Rahma presented yesterday his letter of credence to Polish President Lech Kaczynski as UAE Ambassador to the European country. The envoy said the UAE was keen to develop its relations with Poland for serving mutual interests.
The Polish head of state welcomed the Al Rahma, wishing him success in his mission.
He also highlighted the positive, vital role the UAE is playing in the region and praised its sound, balanced foreign policy. The meeting reviewed ways of enhancing relations between the UAE and Poland.
