Prince Misha'al receives EMPA Fellowship and Golden Shield

Riyadh, April 28, SPA -- Prince Misha'al bin Abdulaziz, Head of
Allegiance-Pledge Commission received here today Dr. Abdulaziz Al
Turab, President of European Union Marketing and Administrative
Development in the Arab World, who presented a fellowship certificate
and the golden shield of excellence to the Prince presented by the
Brussels-based "EMPA" in recognition of his efforts in the
development of the economy in the Arab nation.

On his part, Prince Misha'al thanked EMPA and discussed with Dr.
Turab means of coordinating the joint Arab cooperation on the
economic level and the impact of the global economic crisis on the
Arab economy.
