50 new Synagogues established in the vicinity of AL Aqsa Mosque

Riyadh, April 29, SPA -- An official Palestinian report issued
yesterday by Alaqsa Waqf and Heritage institution disclosed that
more than 50 synagogues have been established in recent years in the
area around the blessed Mosque of Al-Aqsa and a number of other
synagogues are under construction, the largest of which is being
established at Tankazeyah school- an affiliate of the blessed Mosque
of Al-Aqsa.

The report, which was submitted to the Office of the United
Nations in Amman, Jordan, pointed out that the Israeli occupying
authorities have approved synagogues' construction plans and
allocated $40 million for this purpose.

The closest Synagogue to the Mosque is crowned with a large dome
constructed intentionally to distort views and conceal the golden
dome of the Rock Mosque.

The report pointed out that Synagogues are located beneath the
blessed Mosque of Al-Aqsa as a tunnel is dug in by the Israeli
occupation and Jewish groups in addition to a 1000 Square Meters
large synagogue to be built in Buraq square. Additionally, there is a
plan to build a synagogue in Al Laqlaq Tower - the area which
includes the blessed Mosque of Al Aqsa in the North-Eastern side.

The intended large synagogue to be implemented soon in Al Buraq
Square will be used as a center for Torah teaching and another plan
for a synagogue at Burj al-Laqlaq, which is the area that includes
the blessed Mosque of Al-Aqsa to the North East side, the report
said.

The Israeli Occupation Authority is planning to build as many as 35
housing units and a Synagogue and settling 1000 new Jewish settlers
in the vicinity of the blessed Mosque of Al Aqsa.
