GCC Interior Officials conclude Meeting
Riyadh, April 29, SPA -- Interior Under Secretaries in member
countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) ended a meeting here
today.
They reviewed a number of topics pertaining to the comprehensive
security strategy including organization of a conference on the
reality of Islam and Muslims, the piracy phenomenon, drugs smuggling,
the unified gulf passport and other related topics.
The outcome of this meeting will be submitted to the GCC interior
ministers at their next meeting.
The GCC is made up of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates,
Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
