President of RK receives UEFA President Joseph Blatter

Almaty, April 30, 2009 (Khabar) - Mr Blatter was welcomed by the head of state to his Almaty residency. The meeting was devoted to the issues of the further development of football in the Republic. Nursultan Nazarbayev has decorated the FIFA President, Joseph Blatter with the “Dostyk” order. The FIFA President is an honoured gust of the 2nd Kazakhstan President’s Football Cup among young people from Kazakhstan, Brazil, Holland, Russia, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan. It is Joseph Blatter’s second visit to Almaty. The first one took place in 2004.
