Saudi Aramco Promotes Sustainable Innovation

KUWAIT, May 02, SPA -- The Fifth IEEE-GCC Conference, with support
from Saudi Aramco, was held recently at a Kuwait hotel, under the
theme “Innovative Engineering for a Sustainable Environment.”


Engineers, scientists and academics engaged in research and
development presented their latest scholarly work and its application
in the industry.


An industrial exhibition included four tutorial sessions. They
covered renewable energy resources, wireless technologies for
health-care services, security in collaboration and human-centered
computing systems.


Presentations on technical papers were given by several Saudi Aramco
engineers. Engineers had an opportunity to share their knowledge and
experience with technological applications, according to a report
carried by Saudi Aramco's web-site.
