Chinese fishing firm to list shares on S. Korean bourse

SEOUL, May 20 (Yonhap) -- A Chinese fishing company plans to list its shares on the Seoul bourse this week, the South Korean stock market operator said Wednesday.

China Ocean Resources Co. will start trading 57.2 million shares from Friday at
an initial price of between 90-200 percent of the offer price of 3,100 won,
according to the Korea Exchange. The Hong Kong-based company will be the seventh
foreign firm to go public on the local stock market.
Net profit of China Ocean Resources stood at HK$186.4 million (US$24.05 million)
in 2008 with assets totaling $677.2 million, the bourse operator said.
