CHRIS JOHN ARRIVES IN JAKARTA

Semarang, May 26 (ANTARA) - Flyweight WBA champion of Indonesia Chris John arrived in Jakarta Sunday night to meet Youth and Sports Minister Adhyaksa Dault Tuesday.

Assistant manager of Herry's Gym Toni Priatna said here Sunday night that he was scheduled to meet the minister, the press and sponsors.

It was reported earlier that 5,000 Indonesians living in Los Angeles will be invited to watch the repeat fight between defending champion Chris John and American Rocky Juarez.

"We have asked Oscar de la Hoya of the Golden Boy Promotion to move the location of the fight from Texas to Los Angeles on the consideration that in this city Chris John will get the direct support of Indonesians living there," Minister Adhyaksa Dault said recently when receiving some sponsors of the fight.
