BEI SUSPENDS TRADING IN BKSL SHARES

Jakarta, May 26 (ANTARA) - The Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) has suspended trading in publicly listed PT Sentul City Tbk. (BKSL) shares since the first trading session on Tuesday (May 26).

The suspension was effective in the regular and cash markets, Supandi, head of the BEI share trading devision, said here on Tuesday.

The suspension was conducted following a significant increase in the company's stock price cumulatively, which went up Rp61 or 81.33 percent from Rp75 on May 15, 2009, to Rp136 during on May 25, 2009.

"The suspension is aimed at giving adequate time to investors to consider their investment decisions," he said.
