Sports Group Activities Brisk at Schools of DPRK

Pyongyang, October 7 (KCNA) -- Schools in the DPRK make progress in producing sports talents by directing efforts to the operation of sports groups. Officials of the Education Commission, the Central Committee of the youth league and the relevant schools set stepwise and long-term goals for helping schoolchildren acquire the basic knowledge of sports and have one or more sports techniques. And they have taken the measures to attain the goals. Pyongyang City running sports groups well came first in the total standings of the 2022 national schoolchildren's sports contest.
