Seafood Production Increases in DPRK

Pyongyang, November 28 (KCNA) -- The Nampho Fishery Station in the DPRK has fulfilled its yearly plan for seafood production. The station conducted intensive fishing operations in the waters off Onchon-Jungsan and Chodo-Monggumpho. It increased the per-net catch 1.5 times by joining efforts to introduce the fishing method based on a two-way network. The station is now increasing the fish production through intensive, dispersed and small-scale fishing with modern searching equipment, communication means and various fishing gears. -0-
