Ministry of Culture Concludes Workshop on National Identity, Cultural Enrichment, Sports Excellence

 

Doha, February 23 (QNA) - The workshop on preparing the strategy for national identity, cultural enrichment, and sports excellence, organized by the Ministry of Culture within the 3rd National Development Strategy for (2023-20230) was concluded Thursday.

The four-day workshop discussed four axes: national identity, culture, media, as well as sports and youth, with the participation of 32 active partners in the cultural fields.

The Director of the planning, quality and innovation department at the Ministry of Culture Amna Al Buainain said in an exclusive statement to the Qatar News Agency (QNA) that the sectoral workshops related to the national identity, cultural enrichment and sports excellence sector were concluded today, adding that a set of results, performance indicators and initiatives through which positive change is aspired in the future were agreed upon. 

The workshop concluded by reaching a set of targeted outputs and consensuses regarding the strategic direction related to national identity, media and culture, in addition to coming up with a set of results, goals and performance indicators, which help measure change in the future. (QNA)
