These efforts culminated in the issuance of Security Council Resolution No. 2199 of 2015, and Resolution No. 2347 of 2017, which has become a milestone in the protection of cultural heritage during armed conflicts, he said. This lecture comes within the framework of the QNL's Protection Project aimed at combating illegal trafficking in documentary heritage in the region. The activities organized by the project aim to enhance international cooperation and strengthen partnerships between international bodies and regional organizations. Italy co-chairs the Group of Friends for the Protection of Cultural Heritage, which urges the full implementation of international legislation and laws in this regard. (QNA)
