Doha, February 25 (QNA) - HE Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani sent Saturday a cable of congratulations to HH Prime Minister of the sisterly State of Kuwait Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah on the occasion of his country's National Day.
