President of Tennis Federation: Padel Competition Continuation of Qatari Sports Success

 

Doha, March 01 (QNA) - President of Qatar Tennis Federation HE Nasser bin Ghanem Al Khulaifi said that hosting the Ooredoo Qatar Major Premier Padel 2023 is a continuation of Qatari success in hosting major sporting events, in light of the country's unprecedented success in hosting the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. 

He said that the federation was happy with the return of Padel to Doha, saying the city has become an important destination for the sport. He added that the federation was proud to see some of the world's best players compete to the delight of fans inside Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex. He expressed his gratitude to Ooredoo and the tournament's other sponsors for their support. He also expressed his confidence that players and fans will enjoy an exceptional experience. (QNA)
