Hwangju-Kindung Waterway Project Accelerated in DPRK

Pyongyang, March 3 (KCNA) -- Officials and members of the unit in charge of waterway construction project are stepping up the work to carry into practice the Party's grand nature-remaking plan.

This year, the unit has carried out the construction of waterway tunnels and inverted siphon while removing more than 200 000 cubic meters of earth and over 12 000 cubic meters of rock to open up a bright prospect for the completion of the Hwangju-Kindung waterway project. -0-
