Neymar Leaves Aspetar Hospital in Doha, Begins Rehabilitation Program

Doha, March 13 (QNA) - Brazilian and Paris Saint-Germain football superstar Neymar da Silva left on Monday Aspetar, the world-renowned Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Hospital in Doha, Qatar after he underwent successful ankle surgery on Friday and the player will undergo a period of recovery before starting the rehabilitation programme. Aspetar had made it clear earlier that the surgical intervention at the ankle level of the Brazilian star had gone well as the surgery was successful which will avoid the player's risk of suffering from a recurrence of the injury noting that Neymar is currently undergoing a period of rest and recovery from the operation. Aspetar is the official medical partner of Paris Saint-Germain which had previously announced the absence of its Brazilian player until the end of the season after suffering an ankle injury. The Brazilian star was previously injured in the ankle more than once and he was struck by many injuries which kept him away from spaced periods since joining Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2017 from Barcelona.
