As First Stage, Foreign Ministry Launches E-Visa Service at Some Diplomatic Missions

Riyadh, May 4, 2023, SPA -- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has launched a new initiative, canceling the visa sticker on passport and switching to e-visa with QR code.
The new procedure is part of the digitalization of the ministry’s consular services, including work permits, residence, and visit visas.
As the first stage, the new procedure has been activated at the Kingdom’s diplomatic missions in the United Arab Emirates, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the People's Republic of Bangladesh, the Republic of India, the Republic of Indonesia and the Republic of the Philippines.
