Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council President Commends Saudi Arabia's Development and Humanitarian Efforts in Yemen

Aden, May 11, 2023, SPA -- The president of the Presidential Leadership Council of the Republic of Yemen, Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi, commended the development and humanitarian efforts being implemented by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in his country.
Accompanied by the Saudi Ambassador to Yemen, Mohammed bin Saeed Al Jaber, Al-Alimi on Wednesday inaugurated Aden General Hospital, Heart Center, and health clinics attached to the medical complex.
Al-Alimi voiced his gratitude to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
He also expressed appreciation the Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY), which worked on the completion of several vital projects, including medical and educational cities and promising projects in the fields of energy and water desalination, as well as financing and oil grants.
Al-Alimi and Al Jaber laid the foundation stone for the third phase of the rehabilitation of Aden International Airport, which SDRPY is implementing.
Accompanied by Yemeni Prime Minister Maeen Abdulmalik, they witnessed the inauguration ceremony of Saudi projects in Yemen as part of 229 development projects and initiatives across the country.
