Qatar Participates In Arab Group Coordination Meeting At ILO Conference In Geneva

Geneva, June 04 (QNA) - The State of Qatar participated in the coordination meeting for the Arab Group, participating in the 111th Session of the International Labor Conference in Geneva. Assistant Undersecretary for Labor Affairs at the Ministry of Labor Mohammed Hassan Al Obaidli, a number of senior officials at the Ministry as well as representatives from Qatar Chamber, QatarEnergy, and Karwa Company, represented the State of Qatar at the meeting. The meeting aimed to enhance joint coordination between the delegations of Arab countries participating in the International Labor Conference and to unify stances within international organizations. The meeting also discussed topics related to the agenda of the 111th session of the International Labor Conference, with a focus on the priorities of the Arab countries, in addition to reviewing aspects of cooperation between them in the fields of labor and ways to support and develop them during the coming period.
