Workshop On Impact Of Collective Memory On Preservation Of Heritage And Culture At Doha International Book Fair

Doha, June 17 (QNA) - A workshop on "The impact of collective memory on the preservation of heritage and culture" was held today as part of a program accompanying the activities of the ongoing 32nd Doha International Book Fair at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center under the slogan "With Reading We Rise." The workshop was presented by Vice President of the Nomas Center of the Ministry of Culture Dr. Haya Farhoud Al Moadadi. She spoke of the concept of collective memory, which is the cultural memory of each group, explaining that each people has its own identity that preserved its entity and strengthened cohesion among its members.
