Heads of Hajj Campaigns Praise Services of this Year's Hajj Season

Makkah, July 06, 2023 AD, SPA— A group of officials and heads of pilgrims' affairs offices have emphasized the success of this year's Hajj and hailed the outstanding quality of the services provided and the implementation flexibility of Hajj plans by all concerned parties, which contributed to facilitating the Hajj performance with ease and comfort.
They also described the expansions at the Two Holy Mosques and the Holy Sites as impressive, which made the performance of the ritual easier and more comfortable, praising the excellent cooperation they received from the Saudi authorities, especially the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, and the Tawafa Company for Pilgrims of Arab Countries.
Their statements were made during a ceremony held by the Tawafa Company for Pilgrims of Arab countries to honour several officials and heads of pilgrims' affairs offices on the occasion of the success of the Hajj season.
Palestinian Minister of Awqaf and Religious Affairs, Sheikh Hatem Al-Bakri, praised the efforts of the Saudi government to ensure that the pilgrims performed their Hajj rituals in the best manner through the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and all agencies working in the Hajj season and for the services provided by the Tawafa Company for Pilgrims of Arab countries to facilitate the pilgrim's journey to Makkah and the Holy Sites.
The Minister of Islamic Affairs and Indigenous Education of Mauritania, Dah Ould Sidi Ould Amar Taleb, said the level of services provided to Mauritanian pilgrims was distinguished, adding that all services offered to Mauritanian pilgrims in Makkah or the camps in the holy sites, were at the level of aspirations, which won the satisfaction of the Mauritanian pilgrims.
For his part, the Head of Algeria Pilgrims' Affairs Office, Ahmed Soleimani, confirmed the significant development in the level of services provided and continuous facilities delivered to Algerian pilgrims each year, commending the facilities provided by the government of the Kingdom to pilgrims and the level of development in infrastructure, which contributed to facilitating the Hajj journey, and praised the cooperation of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in all matters relating to the service of pilgrims.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Russian Hajj Affairs Office, Hezbollah Asyouf, commended the services provided to pilgrims during this year's Hajj season, and the facilities and services provided by the Saudi government, saying: "This year, we have seen a lot of evidence confirming the Saudi government's full concern in pilgrims and its desire to provide them with more services to perform their rituals with ease".
Director of the Hajj and Umrah Affairs Commission of Lebanon Ibrahim Al-Aytani said that the success of the Hajj season could be attributed to the Kingdom's great keenness for the comfort of pilgrims, and mega projects, referring to the Al-Mashaaer Al-Mugaddassah Metro line, the new Jamarat Bridge, and the expansion of the Tawaf (circumambulation) area.
Also, the Head of the Egyptian Tourism Hajj Mission, Samia Sami, described this year's Hajj season as special, stressing that Egyptian pilgrims have found comfort, care and attention throughout their Hajj journey.
The Representative of the Yemen Hajj Mission, Muhammad Al-Shibibi, stressed that Yemeni pilgrims performed Hajj with ease thanks to the facilities provided to them.
