Foreign Minister Meets Syrian Foreign Minister

Cairo, August 15, 2023, SPA -- The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, held a meeting today in Cairo with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate of the Syrian Arab Republic, Dr. Faisal Mekdad. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the Ministerial Contact Group on Syria.
Both ministers addressed the latest developments in the Syrian arena and the region during their discussion. They also shared their perspectives on matters of mutual interest.
Joining the meeting were the Undersecretary for Political Affairs, Dr. Saud Al-Sati, the Saudi Ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Osama bin Ahmed Nuqli, and the Director General of the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdulrahman Al-Dawood.
