Supported by KSrelief, Emergency Center for Epidemic Diseases Control in Hajjah, Yemen, Provides Services for 1,440 Beneficiaries in a Week

Hajjah, Yemen, September 2, 2023, SPA – With the support of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), the Emergency Center for Epidemic Disease Control in Hiran District, Hajjah Governorate, Yemen, provided vital medical services to 1,440 beneficiaries during the period of August 16 to 22, 2023.
The center's services were utilized by various individuals, with 465 seeking assistance in the emergency section, 428 benefiting from the internal medicine section, and 547 receiving care in the epidemiology section.
In addition to these services, 13 individuals received isolation services, while the laboratory department attended to 227 patients. Medications were dispensed to 1,378 individuals, and 304 people visited the observation clinic. The center also has managed waste disposal on four locations.
