Riyadh, September 05, 2023, SPA -- From 10-13 September 2023 in Malham, North of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia will host Cityscape Global, sponsored by the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing and organized by Tahaluf, under the theme "Future of Living" at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center. Attendees from over 170 countries are flying into Cityscape Global, whereas hundreds of international developers and more than 21 countries will be showcasing their real estate projects, along with bringing together the Saudi Vision 2030 leading projects under one roof. The exhibition will draw homebuyers, investors, real estate developers, engineers, designers, investment funds, insurance companies, homeowners, and all those with an interest in real estate.
The exhibition will give away free homes, bank loans, and exclusive financing offers from top real estate developers, making this an unmissable opportunity.
With agenda-leading stages across the exhibition, several main conferences, stages, and topics will be delivered throughout the event, including AI in real estate, market shifts, environmental sustainability, the future of industrial properties in the Kingdom, urban planning, and many other themes.

The Hackathon falls into two tracks: First for Startups and the other for new and innovative ideas. There will be a panel of judges comprised of industry leaders, including Advisor to the Deputy Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing Dr. Olayan Alharbi, Group Chief Information and Digital Officer at ROSHN Jayesh Maganlal, Head of Strategy and Corporate Affairs at ROSHN Yassen Kattan, Executive Director of Marketing at ROSHN Eng. Waseem Khashan, partner of BIM Ventures Rayan Alsharif, and Customer Engineering Manager at Google Cloud Khalid Alohali.
The first track awards a total of SAR 500,000, with SAR 350,000 going to the first-place winner and SAR 150,000 going to the second-place winner. On the other hand, the second track awards a total of SAR 500,000, with the first-place winner receiving SAR 350,000 and the second-place winner receiving SAR 150,000.
In addition, the winning teams will get the opportunity to attend the official opening ceremony of Google Cloud in Saudi Arabia and the Google Cloud workshop, "Innovation and Creative Thinking 10X" which addresses design thinking and ways to accelerate business through innovation, led by Customer Engineering Manager at Google Cloud Khalid Alohali.
The Roshn Hackathon is set to take place from September 10th to 12th, with the closing ceremony on September 13th.
