Riyadh, September 15, 2023, SPA -- Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to President Rodrigo Chaves Robles of the Republic of Costa Rica on the occasion of his country’s Independence Day.
