Morocco Confirms its Support for KSA’s Bid to Host 2034 FIFA World Cup Finals

Rabat, October 05, 2023, SPA -- Morocco announced today its full support for Saudi Arabia’s bid to host the 2034 FIFA World Cup finals.
A statement by the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that this support emanates from the strong ties between the Moroccan King Mohammed VI and his brother, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
The Moroccan Foreign Ministry statement added that Morocco, under the leadership of King Mohammed VI, is fully confident in Saudi Arabia’s ability to organize this major sporting event, given the comprehensive development renaissance it is witnessing and its proven organizational capabilities.
