Riyadh, November 05, 2023, SPA -- His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has sent a cable of congratulations to Princess of Asturias Leonor de Borbon Ortiz on the occasion of her being proclaimed crown princess of the Kingdom of Spain.
