15 Foreign Law Firms Licensed to Practice in the Kingdom

Riyadh, October 30, 2023, SPA -- The Ministry of Justice has recently granted licenses to 15 foreign law firms and is reviewing 15 other applications. The goal of these licenses, according to the ministry, is to elevate the legal profession in the Kingdom, improve the efficiency of its practitioners, and improve the business and investment environment.
The ministry said that foreign law firms interested in obtaining a license to practice in the Kingdom can apply through the electronic judicial services platform Najiz.sa, adding that the applicants need to fill out the necessary forms and attach the required documents.
During the International Conference on Justice held in Riyadh in March, Minister of Justice Dr. Walid Al-Samaani and Minister of Investment Eng. Khalid Al-Falih presented licenses to the first three foreign law firms, enabling them to practice in the Kingdom.
