Indonesia Supports Saudi Arabia's Bid to Host World Cup 2034

Riyadh, October 18, 2023, SPA -- The Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) today confirmed its support for Saudi Arabia's bid to host the 2034 World Cup, a week after the PSSI President Erick Thohir announced that talks with Australia over a possible joint bid to host the event are currently underway.
In a statement issued today, he also said, "Indonesia is continuing to prepare for its bid to host the FIFA World Cup after 2034, in addition to other FIFA tournaments."
