KSrelief Launches Volunteer Medical Project for Laparoscopic Heart Surgery in Mauritania

Nouakchott, November 30, 2023, SPA -- The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has launched a volunteer medical project for laparoscopic heart surgery for adults in the city of Nouakchott in the Republic of Mauritania.
The project, which runs from November 24 to December 1, 2023, has seen the participation of 16 volunteers of various medical specialties.
The center's volunteer medical team has performed three qualitative surgeries using the latest laparoscopic and robotic devices for heart surgery.
The program falls within the volunteer medical projects in heart surgery the Kingdom implements to needy segments across the world through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief.
