During His Meeting With The PM Of Denmark, Al-Sudani Confirms Iraq's Desire To Cooperate With Danish Companies

Baghdad / NINA /- Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani met this Friday evening with Danish Prime Minister Metta Frederiksen, on the sidelines of his participation in the Munich Security Conference 2024.

At the beginning of the meeting, Al-Sudani invited Frederiksen to visit Iraq. They also discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and the prospects for developing them in various fields, especially in the economic fields, in a way that serves the interests of the two friendly countries.

The Prime Minister stressed the importance of establishing strategic partnerships with the European Union in general, and bilateral partnerships with European Union countries, pointing to Iraq's desire to cooperate with Danish companies, with their extensive experience to contribute to development and strategic projects.

For her part, Frederiksen stressed her country's keenness to develop cooperation relations with Iraq in all fields, and to expand them to include the economic, industrial, agricultural and other investment sectors. /End
