Turkmen Sahra, also known as the Turkmen Plain, is a region in northeastern Iran, which stretches for 400 kilometers. The plain is bordered by the Caspian Sea to the west and the Republic of Turkmenistan to the north. This diverse region boasts a variety of natural features, including forests, pastures, mountains, and beaches. The lush landscape of this "green desert" is inhabited by the warm-hearted Turkmen people, who have preserved their rich cultural heritage and customs.
