Islamic Affairs Ministry Holds Iftar Banquets in Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, March 27, 2024, SPA -- The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance organized Iftar banquets for fasting people at the Islamic Council Mosque in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The banquet caters to 500 fasting individuals daily and will continue throughout the holy month of Ramadan, providing a total of 15,000 meals to the beneficiaries.
The religious attaché at the Kingdom’s embassy in Ethiopia, Saud bin Matiliq Al-Ghuwairi, emphasized the significance of this program to the Saudi government.
He stated that it is one of the programs that the government prioritizes due to its substantial impact on serving Islam and Muslims, especially during this month.
