DUBAI, April 17. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi is in Moscow for talks with his Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov, according to a Telegram post showing a video of him arriving.
Earlier, Iran’s top diplomat shared plans to convey a message from Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei to Russian President Vladimir Putin when he visits.
