Aseer Investment Forum to Welcome 700 Participants Later This Month

   Abha, May 12, 2025, SPA -- Aseer Region is set to host the second edition of the Aseer Investment Forum from May 26 to 27, with more than 700 local and international investors expected to attend. The forum will feature workshops, dialogue sessions, and presentations highlighting investment opportunities across key sectors, including tourism, hospitality, agriculture, culture, sports, and food industries.
   Governor of Aseer Region and Chairman of Aseer Development Authority Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz emphasized that the forum represents more than just an economic gathering. “This strategic milestone affirms Aseer’s transformation into a fully integrated development hub,” he said.
   “We have moved beyond the promotional phase to one of implementation and competitive attraction, backed by the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and the support of our wise leadership,” Prince Turki added, inviting both domestic and international investors to be part of what he described as a “historic transformation.”
   The forum aims to promote investment in high-potential sectors, diversify the region’s economy, increase private sector participation, and enhance the role of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in contributing to the gross domestic product (GDP). It will also spotlight Aseer’s rich cultural and heritage identity while building local and international partnerships to position the region as a premier tourism and investment destination aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals.
