Saudi Sports for All Federation Launches ASICS Innovation Pitch Program

   Riyadh, July 08, 2025, SPA -- The Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA), in partnership with ASICS, today launched the ASICS Innovation Pitch program, an initiative that aims to encourage entrepreneurial companies within the Kingdom to develop digital solutions that boost community participation in physical activity.
   The SFA clarified that the program activates its leading role in empowering the community and fostering innovation in sports, thus solidifying the Kingdom's position as a regional hub for sports innovation.  The initiative is a crucial pillar for achieving national physical activity targets. Saudi Arabia seeks to boost adult participation to 64% with at least 150 minutes of weekly activity and increase physical activity among younger age groups to 21% with an average of one hour daily.
   Saudi entrepreneurial companies can submit applications until July 31. These will be evaluated based on criteria like product market readiness, a clear marketing plan, and the company being registered or actively operating for at least two years. A key requirement is that the company's headquarters or primary operations must be in Saudi Arabia.  Six finalists will present their proposals in November, potentially leading to direct partnerships with ASICS SA Marketing LLC (ASAM), ensuring swift implementation and significant impact.
