AZERBAIJAN, KAZAKHSTAN TO CREATE JOINT OIL FIRM
Baku, July 12 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s State Oil Company, SOCAR, and Kazakh national oil and gas company, KazMunayGaz, have agreed to establish a joint firm to deal with a project to build the Trans-Caspian oil pipeline.
The project is estimated at 3 billion US dollars.
Last year the two companies signed an agreement on key principles on the project.
