GEOSA Achieves ISO IT Service Management Standard for Data Center Systems, Procedures

   Riyadh, July 17, 2025, SPA -- The General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information (GEOSA) received the ISO 20000-1:2018 certification for information-technology (IT) service management, recognizing its data center’s systems and procedures.
   The achievement reflects GEOSA's commitment to implementing the highest international standards and best practices in IT service management.
   The certification represents a global benchmark that requires the establishment of an integrated IT service management system. It covers the improvement of the quality and efficiency of technical services provided to beneficiaries as well as the enhancement of business continuity and operational readiness of data centers.
