Senior Party and Government Officials Visit Historic Sites Associated with War-victory Exploits of President Kim Il Sung

 Pyongyang, July 26 (KCNA) -- All the people and service personnel of the People's Army across the DPRK, on the threshold of July 27, the V-day, praise with pride the sacred war-victory exploits of President Kim Il Sung who demonstrated the immortal glory and dignity of the state with his outstanding idea and leadership.
Members of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and other senior Party, government and military officials, officials of the WPK Central Committee, chief secretaries of the provincial Party committees, commanding officers of large combined units at all levels of the Korean People's Army and leading officials of ministries and national agencies visited the Fatherland Liberation War Historic Site and the Jonsung Revolutionary Site on July 25 on the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of the victory in the war.
Looking round the historic sites, the visitors recollected with deep emotion the immortal exploits of the President who saved the destiny of the country and its people from crisis and firmly defended the peace and security of mankind by preventing the disaster of a new world war.
The visitors could not repress their surging hatred to the enemy, seeing the holes punched by the enemy's strafing on the wall of the President's office room and an unexploded bomb left stuck near the Supreme Headquarters command post in the Fatherland Liberation War Historic Site. And they keenly realized that the most dangerous frontline in the three-year war was the Supreme Headquarters, and that the history of leadership over the Fatherland Liberation War by the President who weathered out a hail of bullets is the heroic biography of the peerlessly great sage.
Looking round the historic house of the Jonsung Revolutionary Site where the President examined and ratified the Armistice Agreement document on July 27, 1953, the visitors were filled with the deep reverence for the invincible and iron-willed commander and peerlessly great man who performed the July 27 miracle.
The visitors realized once again that the brilliant victory in the Fatherland Liberation War which firmly defended the most acute outpost line of the anti-imperialist struggle in an eastern part of the earth was the victory of the outstanding military idea, Juche-oriented war methods and superb strategy and tactics of the President, the peerlessly legendary hero, and the victory of the burning patriotism and indomitable spirit of defending the country displayed by the service personnel and people rallied close behind the Party with one mind.
All the visitors made a firm pledge to fulfill their responsibility and duty they assumed before the times and the revolution in steadily carrying forward the sacred history of war victory of heroic Korea and the heroic people shining in the revolutionary history of the peerlessly great men, true to the ideology and leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un. -0-
