LG Electronics launches global recruitment portal in 16 languages

SEOUL, Sept. 8 (Yonhap) -- LG Electronics Inc. on Monday launched a unified global job recruitment website in 16 languages as part of efforts to attract talent worldwide.

The new platform integrates job postings that were previously managed separately by 88 overseas subsidiaries across 57 countries, the South Korean tech giant said.

"The platform will go beyond serving as a recruitment website, and will also promote LG's technology and innovation, along with its business philosophy, 'Life's Good,' to the world," an official from the company said.

The languages available include English, Chinese, Arabic and Spanish.

The company has been making efforts to hire outstanding talent overseas, including holding a recruitment session during the Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition 2025 conference in June, a global artificial intelligence forum held in the United States.

In July, the firm also hosted the LG North America Tech Conference to reach out to competitive candidates.
