Al-Assaf receives U.S. Treasury Secretary

Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, July 14 , SPA -- Minister of Finance Dr. Ibrahim
bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf, received at King Fahd Cultural Center in
Yanbu Industrial City here today the U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy
Geithner and the accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, they discussed issues of common interest
including economic, financial and investment relations between the
two countries and ways of enhancing them in addition to the current
preparations for the 3d G20 scheduled for Pittsburg, Pennsylvania,
the U.S.A. and the proposed agenda of that meeting.
They also discussed the implementation of London G20 meeting.
The meeting was held by senior officials of the Ministry of Finance
and U.S. Charge D’affaires in Riyadh Richard Erdmann.
