Equipment Assembly Stations Display Vitality in Implementing Regional Development Policy

Pyongyang, September 23 (KCNA) -- Equipment assembly stations across the DPRK are demonstrating their vitality with each passing day.
A guarantee for specializing in the assembly and installation of equipment for regional-industry factories and for producing and supplying ordinary machinery and equipment has been provided at the equipment assembly stations in different areas.
The non-permanent central committee for promoting Regional Development 20 x 10 Policy organized a short course for officials in charge of equipment assembly and ensured that the technical officials of equipment assembly stations grasped the technical problems arising in equipment assembly and trial operation and exchanged experience and technologies gained in assembling equipment last year.

The Sariwon Equipment Assembly Station completed the huge task of producing custom-built equipment, including equipment needed for regional-industry factories being built in the province and more than one hundred of equipment to be sent to other areas of the country.
The Chongjin, Haeju and Kaechon equipment assembly stations are manufacturing relevant equipment and equipment needed for production processes to be built to suit regional characteristics. -0-
