Pyongyang, October 8 (KCNA) -- Thanks to the efforts of agricultural workers and helpers, the maize harvesting was completed in the main areas of the DPRK.
Agricultural workers in North Phyongan Province finished harvesting maize by ensuring the full operation of farm machines.
Agricultural workers in Mangyongdae and Sadong districts of Pyongyang Municipality ensured the speed and quality of harvesting by rationally allocating manpower.
Haeju City and Yonan and Ongjin counties of South Hwanghae Province finished harvesting maize by increasing the operating rate of vehicles.
Agricultural workers in North Hwanghae Province pushed ahead with the maize harvesting.
