Kyrgyzstan plans exporting meat products to Tajikistan

Bishkek, Oct. 30, 2025 /Kabar/. Kyrgyz export center held productive meeting with representatives of the Export Agency under the Government of Tajikistan in the Sughd region and the branch of the state unitary Tajpromexport enterprise.

According to the agency, the main topic of the negotiations was the development of mutual trade and increasing the export of Kyrgyz products to Tajikistan. In particular, the supply of meat products, light industry goods, and agricultural products were discussed.

The parties noted the importance of strengthening cooperation between exporters of the two countries and agreed to consider the possibility of opening Kyrgyz trade stalls at Somon market in Sughd region. In addition, Kyrgyz producers were invited to participate in Sughd 2026 international exhibition, where products from domestic enterprises will be presented.

Particular attention was paid to the issue of supplying meat products with the assistance of JSC Agroholding, which allow for the creation of sustainable logistics chains between the countries and increase the export potential of domestic producers.
