Human Resources Ministry Recognized Globally for Social Project of the Year

   Riyadh, November 10, 2025, SPA -- The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development won second place globally in the Social Project of the Year category at the 5th annual Global Project Excellence Awards for 2025, with its project to develop the sub-sector social development strategy for persons with disabilities.
   This project aims to enhance the effectiveness of social services for persons with disabilities and transition the ministry from an operational to a legislative and supervisory role. It focuses on positioning the social sector as a leader in integrating persons with disabilities, ensuring their independent participation in all aspects of life. This is achieved by providing high-quality services, enacting policies, regulating the sector, and fostering private and non-profit involvement in service delivery.
   This recognition underscores the ministry's commitment to global best practices in project management and its efforts to advance the social development sector through innovative policies and projects, applying institutional excellence standards from planning to evaluation.
