Men and women athletes from Iran and other countries competed for weightlifting medals on Monday, the fourth day of the “Riyadh 2025” Islamic Solidarity Games. In the 69 kg category, Iran's Reyhaneh Karimi won two bronze medals in the clean and jerk, respectively. Islamiyat Adebukola from Nigeria came first with a weight of 110 kg among weightlifters from Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Uzbekistan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Bangladesh and Turkey.

Ilya Salehipour, the representative of Iran in the 88 kg weightlifting category, brought three colorful medals for the Iranian sports caravan.
