Training of Medical Workers

 Pyongyang, November 11 (KCNA) -- The Ministry of Public Health of the DPRK is improving the practical ability of students of the vocational technology colleges for medical workers and the classes for training nurses across the country.
At the hospitals in Kangdong and Ryonggang counties and Kusong City, officials and educators at the vocational technical education institute under the Ministry of Public Health are helping train medical workers while assessing their practical ability.
The class for training nurses of the Kangdong County Hospital, in contact with medical workers of Pyongyang University of Medicine, is training students as medical workers with high medical qualifications while organizing a demonstration lecture on the nursing method at the practice site.
The Kusong City Vocational Technology College for Medical Workers is making incumbent nurses and students of the graduating classes nurse in practice so that they raise their practical ability while learning from each other.
The class for training nurses of the Ryonggang County Hospital is making the students acquire the ability and qualifications to nurse patients independently and actively. -0-
